Not for newcomers
1Maybe I’m too new to pre-workouts but blimey, my second attempt on these bad boys (4xpills an hour before training) caused significant health problems for next 10 days. After taking on Tuesday at 3pm on empty stomach 10 minutes later my head felt like it was going to explode, heart rate tripled whilst sitting at my desk home working and caused anxiety for the next hour with tight chest and neck running through to the evening. These side effects then continued for the next 10 days and had to go into hospital on day 5 as heart palpitations were continuing and tight chest with light headedness. I have had no prior medical/health concerns or conditions, I am a fit and healthy young man. Doctors couldn’t find anything wrong with my heart or blood and advised me to stay away from these pills and to monitor my situation. Probably not the right pills for a newcomer to pre workout!

Pump is CRAZY!!
5These work the best with Chest, Arms & Legs for me. Muscles really pop during and after the workout. The pump I got was crazy and I really recommend these for anyone chasing the best pump you'll ever get. Arms are the best to get a pump with these capsules and you can feel the difference during and after the workout! *I took 4 capsules 60 - 90 minutes before I'm working out and on an empty stomach for best results*Goes Well With:Pre workout so you can can not only chase the pump but HUNT it!
