Surprisingly good!

On our second box of these. Having previously had a weakness for the cracking on the Sunday roast and he guilt of its monstrous calories, thought we’d give these a try without expecting too much. We were surprised to find that they are tasty, crunchy and satisfying with good macros. As they are so ‘puffy’ as well you feel like yr eating loads too!

Pork crunch

For me there are two types of pork scratchings, the extremely hard break your teeth kind and the lighter more of a crisp puffy type. Personally I prefer the latter of the two as I like to know my own teeth. To be honest when I first ordered these, knowing that they were very high in protein and hardly any carb and low fat I thought that they would taste like cardboard with that horrible protein after taste. How wrong was I, not only were they light and extreamly tasty but you wouldn't know any difference from any other pork scratchings. The only difference you will notice is when you look at the nutritional value on the packet being low fat, hardly any carbs, over 20g of protein a pack and well under 200 calories for a quite large packet. For me being on a low calorie diet, these are the perfect snack and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between them and any other pork scratchings/puffs in the way of taste and you definitely won't be able to tell that they are high in protein. They are just a great tasting snack that's healthy and you can have at any time and of the dozens of high protein snacks, bars etc I've tried these are by far my favourite as you really wouldn't be able to tell any difference in taste to any other pork scratchings/puffs.
Goes Well With:
Lunchtime or just a snack between meals

These are great

I like pork scratchings but not all the fat that goes with them, plus I broke a crown on one once it was so hard. These on the other hand have that pork scratching taste but are much lighter and crispier so no need to worry about a big dental bill. Also with comparitavely very little fat and carbs, they are an excellent snack whether you’re looking to boost your protein intake or not.

Mouth breathers beware

These are great but I keep breathing in the crystally pork 'dust'.
Goes Well With:
Ventolin

Delish beyond belief

Tastes great and zero carbs , especially if you love pork scratchings

Pork Crunch

This is the best pork scratchings I've tasted in a while and they're packed with protein, so overall this will be a great protein snack for those looking to build muscles mass and bulk up. Forget the other bad reviews. This is a 22g protein snack which is really good. So good taste and a nice amount of crunch and crispiness, so I know why its called pork crunch.

Crunch

These are great, feels like eating bad food but they are so good.

Perfect

I wasn’t sure what to make of these, so my expectations were low, but they’re great. Very reminiscent of an actual pork scratching but without the grease and calories! The bag is a generous size too. My only criticism is that they could do with a litlte more seasoning, but that’s about it. The macros are also superb. Shall deffo be a regular purchase!
Goes Well With:
Home made salsa.

Very nice!

I love these, high in protein, and far healthier than Pork scratches.
Goes Well With:
On their own.

Great stuff

If you are not a fan of pork, do not buy them - they have a strong smell. That's a good part about them - they're rich in taste although dry, so make sure to mix them with something or have a drink while you eat them. I found that mixing them with salad is pretty swell!
Goes Well With:
salad, veggies
