5MegaOmega Oil is by far the best vegetarian omega oil on the market. I often suffer from sore joints in my hands following a hard workout and this really does make a difference. With a good balance of omega 3, 6 and 9, and the added benefit of evening primrose oil which apparently helps my brain, you can't go far wrong. I was worried that it might taste horrible especially as it's taken in liquid form, but it's no worse tasting than extra virgin olive oil. Even if you're not a vegetarian, I'd suggest this is a better product than regular fish/cod live oils as it is so well balanced, and better for the fish too.Goes Well With:A spoon.

Mega Oil
2Have to say compared to other Omega 3 oils I've had this is one of the worst tasting. Have literally had two spoonfuls out of the bottle and that will be it, will be buying something else instead. Think this is one to avoid.

MegaOmega Oil
5MegaOmega Oil is a great tasting omega oil, with omega 3,6 and 9. It's made with flax seed oil, olive oil, pumpkin oil, hemp oil and evening primrose oil. It's really great value too, as a vegetarian I need get as much goodness as possible and this is perfect. Before this I was buying just flax seed oil in the health food shop, but this oil is much more beneficial and twice the size of the bottle, but not twice the price!

4MegaOmega Oil is a great product at a competitive price. The taste compared to many omega oils is actually almost nice.

Always good
4MegaOmega Oil is a very easy oil product. It provides a great omega blend. I always use it in a blended shake in the morning and it goes very well in that.

Effective Balance of Omega
5I have been using this MegaOmega Oil for several months now. I started using it as I am a vegetarian and, although I'm very careful with my diet, I wanted to ensure I got the right amount of all the omega oils as I don't eat fish. It is a really good product and it lasts for ages as you only need 5ml. Of course, the taste is pretty foul if you drink it neat but I put it in with my morning protein shake so you can't taste it at all (well not with chocolate smooth protein anyway!). Good value for money for how long it lasts.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein

MegaOmega Oil indeed!
4Maybe the best omega oil product i´ve never used. Taste is very mild, easy to mix to breakfast porridge and yoghurt. I recommend this oil to everyone who´s looking for best omegas in quality/price!!!! Goes Well With:Everything!
