5Didn't get a fish re-flux which is good as opposed to pills. Taste is nicer when it's colder Goes Well With:smoothie or on it's own

Amazing New Idea
5First time I've used this product and I'm VERY impressed. The strength of the Omega is high and it seems to be more effective (so far) than any capsule I've tried. - it's also worth noting after doing the math, that Liquid Omega is a much more cost effective product per serving than traditional Omega 3/6/9 capsules. The taste is brill, it's very similar to a Solero lolly. My 2 year old nephew loves it, so I guess it's a good was to get Omegas into a youngsters diet! 5/5 Would 100% recommend! Goes Well With:oats/porridge protein shakes straight from the bottle.

Tastes like sorbet
5First time trying fish oil liquid. I was expecting an oily texture/taste. Very very surprised. It is a creamy liquid. It has a similar texture to a runny creamy yogurt. Tastes like tropical sorbet and cannot taste any oil or the fish taste. I bought this as i cannot take the big capsules. Much easier to take then an oil or a capsule. I'm taking this for my joints as i'm playing tennis. I cannot yet comment on benefits as i've only had 2 teaspoons but taste is brilliant, and will be trying the Lime flavour next.
