good instead of pills
5I don't know if the first review was left - But Anyhow partner got me this as i can't swallow pills or oil. This is a good replacement, I' happily take this and the texture agrees with me. The taste is a bonus

Good if u don't like the pills
5partner got me this as I cant swallow the omega 3 capsules. I'm happily taking this as a replacement as I don't eat any fish in my diet. Texture agrees with me and a bonus on the taste

Helpful over pills
5Can’t take omega 3 capsules, I tried a teaspoon of this Liquid Omega and it tastes of passion fruit yogurt. Feeling no different as I’ve only had 1 teaspoon will be asking to buy a full bottleGoes Well With:Teaspoon

Nice alternative to capsules
5This is so much better than taking horrid capsules. I keep it in the fridge and add it to smoothies or just have a teaspoon. great way to get my omega 3Goes Well With:Smoothies, ice cream

5Really surprised by this new Omega supplement,so much easier to take than swallowing the big capsules I have been taking for years. And it tastes so much better than some of the liquid fish oils I have tried. Will be ordering again. Goes Well With:I am taking it straight of the spoon. Delicious!

Very good
5Overall I’m impressed. The texture isn’t what you expect, very smooth tho I like it just on its own. I’ve taken the capsules for years, so although this liquid is slightly more expensive my son says the EPA DHA will be much better absorbed in a liquid form and to be honest I prefer taking this anyway as the capsules I took sometimes would repeat on me. We keep it in the fridge because it tastes nicer cold and my son seems to squirt some in his protein shakes he buys from My Protein which is handy he says. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a capsule alternative like my son and IGoes Well With:On its own and my son puts it in his protein shake

Good for a smoothie
5So I thought I would give this a try and I’m really impressed. I’ve had it in my smoothie the past couple of days and really enjoying it! Would definitely recommend - I won’t be going back to the capsules now!Goes Well With:Smoothies and porridge

Really nice
5I was genuinely a little worried about what this would taste like prior to trying it. However it tastes really good, Tastes sweet and is very nice in smoothies Goes Well With:Smoothies

Convenient
5Partner bought me this to try in my over night oats as I'm not getting enough EPA DHA. Absorbs into the oats absolutely fine and gives it a fruity taste. Goes Well With:over night oats
