The carbohydrates in Instant Oats will contribute to muscle recovery† after high intensity and/or endurance exercise. I don't typically write reviews, but this is the first product that has completely exceeded my expectations. The taste is genuinely phenomenal, it's something you look forward to whilst also providing you with the necessary carbohydrates and calories to maintain and exceed a healthy and bulking lifestyle. It mixes like it's already a liquid once it hits your desired liquid (water/milk). Within a 2 month use, I have already put on a lot of good muscle and helped me to gain that 'bulk' that I require. These oats are brilliant the taste is very neutral as others have stated, mixes very easily with no lumps left behind. High calorie content when you add protein and milk, ideal for people who struggle to put on weight like myself. These are brilliant for breakfast. I have two scoops in milk, with a scoop of impact whey. Sorted until lunch - I'll generally have a midmorning shake but that's more to do with my meal plan; I'm certainly not hungry! It's not a light bite - circa 500kcal with two LEVEL scoops of oats, one level scoop of impact whey, and 200ml semi skimmed milk. I buy unflavoured - it tastes like oats haha - if you use flavoured protein you don't need to worry if mixing though. Mixes like a dream and as long as you give it a good shake it doesn't clump. It's a great product - yes you could buy oats and grind them down yourself so they become drinkable, but ain't nobody got time for that! Great mix in like everyone has said just would like to say/ask is one scoop 100g like the prescribed use says nevertheless I used one scoop of oats accompanyed one scoop of spectrum 12 protien mixed very well top marks from me all the results no hype 😊
They recently changed the texture of these. They used to be so Oaty and you really felt full and had a world of energy after having these with your shake. Now however they have ground them down so much it is like putting flour in your shake, absolutely disgusting and leave you with a bad stomach after. I feel sluggish and have no energy after consuming them. I will not be purchasing anymore which is a shame as have been buying these for a year :( PLEASE CHANGE THEM BACK!!

This is easily the best 'supplement' I've ever bought! Being a skinny guy I find it hard to put on muscle and working an office job there's no time to eat enough whole food to maintain a calorie surplus everyday. Mix two scoops of this with one scoop of protein and it comes in at about 440 calories! Two of those and I can easily hit my goal of 3000 calories per day. So far I've put on 5lbs of pretty lean mass in two months and I doubt I would have done it without this stuff. This stuff is amazing. Tastes awesome whatever flavour. Easy quality source of carbs that can be consumed within a minute with a shake, milk or even water. For me personally this is more important than whey protein, I can eat meat all day and not really get bored of it but eating carbs such as sweet potatoes and long grain rice 4/5 times a day has always been a task never mind cooking and storing it all first! These oats are the consistency of protein powder so mixes perfect, it's made my healthy eating 100x easier. Cheers MyProtein.
This is my favorite of all times. Great value for money and amazing taste. I use this to make my pancakes (mixed with coconut flour and water or oat milk, sometimes I use half a scoop of the vegan blend for extra vitamins) that I make every single day. They make me full and energetic. And obviously, help me to build muscule. I’ve tried all the flavors and my favorite is vanilla, so I buy 2.5kg and last me some time. I recomend this 100%. Goes Well With:Coconut flour and water to make pancakes.
These oats are literally perfect for everything, put them in shakes for extra carbs, use them as a breakfast porridge style food, or even use them as the ingredient in tasty Oat flour protein pancakes. Recipe below. Makes 7-10 'American style' pancakes. Ingredients: 100g whey protein powder. 130g instant oats. 1 teaspoon of sugar. 1 tablespoon of baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 cup of milk. 1 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract if needed. 1.) Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, 2.) Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 3.) Mix two bowls together. Whisk. 4.) Put oil in a frying pan/griddle and wait to get hot. 5.) Put just under 1 ladles worth of batter onto the pan and cook on both sides for 1-4 minutes or until brown on both sides.. 6.) You now have high protein delicious pancakes, perfect with MyProteins MySyrup for breakfast.

Well they're oats. But powdered. Super healthy source of carbs, Ideal for adding to shakes to boost the calories if trying to gain weight. I use them pretty much every morning and use them to make pancakes instead of using flour. Pour over some greek yogurt mixed with cinnamon danish impact whey protein and they taste amazing! Very cheap and very useful, can be used in lots of recipes for a healthier option Goes Well With:PANCAKES!

I've been chugging these down for years but it's only when I decided to try another product (Bulk Powders) that I realised actually how good these are. Mixability - Excellent Taste - Excellent Value - Excellent BP's version of oats is more expensive and you can feel the grains of oats going down the back of your throat no matter how much you mix it, MP's oats are above and beyond and I'm never going to go away from them. They are smooth, taste great and are excellent value!Goes Well With:2 scoops of whey and 5g creatine - Morning Shake.
Once again my protein has delivered an amazing product. Perfect for anyone looking for easy calories. I'd heard mixed things about this product, such as that it dosent mix well. However I found that it mixed perfectly! No bits at all! I personally use 2 scoops in my post workout protein shake with 2 scoops of my protein impact whey and it mixes great, adding an easy 200+ calories helping me on my bulk with a great source of carbs!Goes Well With:Milk not water.
