Flexible Knees
5These tablets are easy to take and seem to be having the required effect on my arthritic knees and thumbs. I can do squats without pain now. Goes Well With:water

Too big
1I’m very annoyed, the tablets are huge. They look nothing like the ones advertised on the pictures! So I’ve bought these tablets thinking they’re small enough for me to take, and can’t return them.

Large size
3I bought these to promote joint health, although I haven't yet seen any benefit, I have only been taking these for a short period of time. The one issue I have found with these tablets is that they are large in size and do not have a coating. I find this makes them very difficult to swallow and I have had to physically remove the tablet from the back of my throat. I am now cutting up the tablet into smaller pieces however, as there is no coating, I still find they stick when trying to swallow. I have bought other products from My Protein and not had this issue.

Stopped cartilage crunching
5Years ago I injured my knee in a Les Mills Grit training day from excessive impact. The cartilage in my knee has crunched ever since. It's got in the way of squat PBs because it crunches and grinds under pressure. I started taking these along with collagen and fish oil capsules, now I have no crunching and grinding at all. My boyfriend has been taking these as well and his knees have stopped cracking and crunching.Goes Well With:collagen capsules, fish oil

Joint support
4Very good tablets, higher concentration of active ingredients than seen on other sites. I have quite bad joint issues so when I don't take them I feel more stiff and can definitely notice a difference. Goes Well With:Omega 3 tablets

5This a good product to buying you have joint pain I can say I feel less pain in my knees after a dew weeks with these whether that is subliminal or not seems to helpGoes Well With:I take them with my other multi vitamins
