4I am a massive fan of vitamins but I must say, these ones don’t look like they do in the bottle in the image on the website as they are huge and definitely not easy to swallow form! Other then that these help with many aspects of life as I struggle with PMR

Chalky.
3I usually take some form of glucosamine with my supplements due to ongoing joint problems so unsure on the effectiveness of these vs other tablets but I haven't noticed any ill effects, I bought these as my usual were unavailable. Unfortunately I'm quite disappointed as the tablets are much bigger than pictured, chalky and uncoated so quite hard to swallow and about 1/3 of mine are broken into bits.

Does exactly what I need
5After years of sport that's been tough on my joints, particularly my knees one of these tablets a day means that I can run, cycle and row pain free.

So far, so good
5I have been taking these for about a week after a slightly over-ambitious lunge left me with intense pain in my left knee. As some people have mentioned, the tablets are rather large, but it's easy enough to wash them down with a big gulp of water. I can't say for certain how much is down to to these tablets, but I have noticed a definite improvement since I started taking them. I'm still experiencing a little clicking, but the pain has subsided. Pros: Seems to reduce pain in joints Cons: No more excuses to skip leg day
