I use this product almost every day to make low carb cup muffins, 30g flax powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon stevia/6 drops liquid stevia, 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 30ml unsweetened almond milk and 1 medium egg, mix together and microwave for 1m 30s. I sometimes also melt 20g 90%+ dark chocolate onto the muffin and smother it in single or double cream. Tastes absolutely amazing and fits a low carb/high fat diet perfectly.Goes Well With:Mixes well enough for the recipe I use to make muffins but find it too lumpy when mixed into a protein shake.
This product is essential for most diets and has too many positives to whinge about the taste. I wouldn't recommend it with fruit juice, just simply mix with water and get it down you. It tastes just like weetabix's. It doesn't mix well with shakes but put it in there anyway, just shake and drink. Great product but I am looking forward to them bringing out a tablet format.
"I read how bad this tasted from previous reviews but ordered some anyway, 2 months later of taking it daily I have gotten used to the taste but I wouldn't recommend taking it by itself. My method of taking it is in a home made shake. I use Impact Whey Protein (banana at present), L Glutamine and Creatine, mixed with this flax seed powder. I use a blender and throw in some mixed fruit (strawberries/blackcurrant/cranberries etc I currently buy mixed froze fruits with some soy milk to make a thick 1 pint shake. Usually everything else counters the taste of the flax seed powder. It does take a bit to mix all this together in the blender but it's pretty quick and tastes nice."
No taste and no problem in shakes, anyone eating high protein diet needs fibre, flax is an excellent source, put in my protein shakes with no problem and defo no taste, Helps at toilet time avoids bowel problems. Goes Well With:salads, shakes, just about anything
"Flaxseed is a super food, good for you for a multitude of reasons all of them related to YOUR good health, and as sure you should try to include it in your diet. However it does have a very strong nutty flavour that I mislike very much. The solution to getting it down my neck without feeling the need to heave afterwards was adding a tea-spoon of it to my shake twice daily. 2 scoops of instant oats, 1 (larger) scoop of protein (chocolate smooth flavour) a tea-spoon of flaxseed and the world is yours. I have used up my current stock of it and will be ordering more soon, so should you."
Very good product but serving size is too big. Other wise very good product and effective as well highly recommended
Good value and cheaper than buying seedsGoes Well With:Smoothie
A very good product. Use with Impact Whey protein or oatmeal in the morning. Add 10 gr. Mixes well, tastes nice. Swells, clogs the stomach and want to eat less.Goes Well With:Protein. oatmeal, water
Had a few flaxseed products in the past that I couldn't stand the taste/texture of. Turns out I just needed it in powder form. Also it doesn't make my skin flare up like previous onesGoes Well With:cereal, protein shake
Flaxseed is, as my review title suggests, a superfood. It's omega 3 and 9 ratio is perfectly suited to our needs. Weird, but true. This makes it a food we should all try to incorporate into our diet. Not easy. Flaxseed has a strong nutty taste and, in powdered form it's extremely dry. I add about 10 grams to my morning Nutri-Ninja concoction. Goes down a treat. Truth is; I don't even taste it. All of the benefits, none of the flavour. Ideal.Goes Well With:Anything that masks the nutty, dryness of it.
Really good quality product and speedy delivery! Goes Well With:Shakes, cereals, smoothies! Works with just about anything!

Mixes well but average taste. Better to go for the seeds
Excellent product, slightly nutty taste but not overpowering if you're mixing it with something. Goes Well With:Mostly used in shakes, also mixes well with yoghurt or granola.
