Here's Hoping
5Bought these to partner the Hard Gainer Extreme. Quite large tablets, but easy enough to swallow with a drink. I'm hoping for results, but due to my age (65), I'm they'll be much slower to show than on a younger person. Delivery was very quick, so will definitely use My Protein again when I need more supplements.

4Great tablets that are very effective. The only downside for me is the sheer size of them. I'm having to break them down into 3 bits. Maybe I've a small throat but they are difficult to swallow whole. Proceed with caution

4The amino' that BCAA's provide are claimed to be essential for muscle repair and development, and, in all honesty, after a week of taking the pills (in conjunction with creatine) you can start to notice the increased endurance and ability to lift slightly heavier weight. Only drawback, they're quite a sizeable pill and sometimes hard to get down in one..... Not really a huge issue though

5Hi , iv beening using bcaa 1500 for a few mounths now and can't falt them , always take direct arter work out , for maxim pump hold , works a treat , they hold your pump and shape for hard gainers like me

4They do a great job but are extremely large tablets, making them very difficult to swallow.

5Def helps recovery. I don't eat alot of meat and shakes just bloat me so theses are perfect and convenient. Size of pill is no issue for me. I think personally they bring an overall health benifit, especially if your not big into meat.

Bleeding Big Pills
3First of all I want to say I love the MyProtien products. However, approach these pills with caution as they're like 'horse pills' aka. bleeding huge! Nearly choked trying to put two down the hatch at once, not advised. I purchased the powder instead to mix in with a pre & post workout shake, suits me a lot better. Not a complaint, just a friendly word of advise for those purchasing in the future.
