Love this product! On cheat days i actually like putting it back in the pan at the end and stirring with the coconut oil and meat / veg. Love it in pasta bakes as well. I've started incorporating this in to my recovery meals after long training runs and then as part of a lush pasta bake on cheat days! Seems like i'm one of the only people who doesn't like the taste of this stuff! The idea of this is great if you're willing to eat it/like the taste.

Tastes horrible, obviously for a protein product taste isnt the most important thing but honestly it's just nasty. Doesn't really go well with any sauce either. Goes Well With:Nothing
This pasta is great! It has a bit of a different texture but this doesn't put me off, in fact I think I prefer it. It's got a bit more of a fibre texture to it. Great protein level, fab way to incorporate more as I am a pasta lover!

Great protein pasta. Tastes awesome and you can cook like traditional pasta but with the advantage to have 50gr of protein per 100gr (raw) contrary to 12gr. Love it! Absolutely brilliant for filling you up when on a moderately low carb diet. FInally satisfied my huge craving for a big bowl of pasta without the guilt and knowing that I can easily hit my protein goals, with it being 50% protein. I didn't expect much from this to be honest. I love 'normal' pasta but no longer eat it because of the nutritional content, so why not give this a go. I was actually pleasantly surprised. It cooks in the same way and time as regular pasta, looks similar (like wholewheat), and has a similar texture. It's lovely with a pasta sauce, chicken, veg, just whatever you'd have regular pasta with. Will buy again and will recommend.Goes Well With:Sauces, veg, chicken. Just like regular pasta.
This was a fantastic addition to so many dishes! I normally use sweet potato as an alternative to carbs like pasta,noodles or potatoes; this has eliminated the need and given a delicious alternative for a post work out meal. Goes Well With:Sauce, casserole.
This product is good all around. It's filling, and also quite tasty. The only criticism Id have is that it can be a little bit bland on its own. It's flavours aren't very deep and on its own you can definitely tell it's not normal pasta. However add a sauce and you'd never know! Goes Well With:Tuna
This pasta was lovely considering the protein content. I've always felt guilty for eating pasta and its one of my worst carb cravings so this is a life saver. You really need sauce or something like that with it though as the plain taste is not as good as real pasta (obviously isn't going to be). This pasta is well worth it, sauces cling to it nicely and the extra protein gives you that boost rather than normal pasta.
Great substitute for regular pasta. Good way to increase protein intake.
