Amazing
5Tbh didn't expect this gel working. But I have noticed, that Im full after half of portion and don't need sweets at all. Gel tastes sooo goood:)

Great appetite suppressant
5I normally take this gel around midday to stop my lunchtime cravings and find that it really fills me up and gives energy. Will be buying again Goes Well With:thermo boost

Worth A Try!
3I was a bit skeptic about trying these as I didn’t want them to make me feel funny! But they’re actually a lot better than I thought they’d be. The taste is like a mixture of lemon squash and limeade pop. The only thing is it is hard to mix well with water - the gel just breaks up and floats around. I tend to drink 20-25 minutes before eating and it does curb the appetite slightly. I’ve only put overall 3 as I’ve not had them long enough to say it’s hard a great impact, also used with a good diet and exercise. Goes Well With:Cold water

5Just ordered these and received them on 17/05/18. Wow , this really filled me up and helped to keep my eating snacks down. I had one with lunch and dinner yesterday and I lost 2lbs on the first day of trying. Taste good and very filling.

Fab results!
5After trying many things to get me back motivated I ordered these, wow! For someone who likes to eat 24/7 I couldn't finish one meal! Didn't snack or anything! First week I lost a lbs but also done a lot of gym training (as I normally would) I feel flat and not bloated! Ordered more but would only use as a quick fix not sure on long term. *Can interfere with IBS - I've suffered with stomach cramps a couple of nights*Goes Well With:Water

Worth a Try
4Tried these on a bit of a whim, not really believing the hype but actually have found them to be tasty and they appear to be doing what they should which is make you feel fuller before you sit to eat. I was not looking for dramatic weight loss but have noticed less bloating which I am assuming is because I am actually eating less because I feel fuller :-) . Give them a try it may just be enough to kick start a healthy eating plan.

5I have always been quite skeptical about products such as these. I was wrong to be, these gels really worked to keep my hunger at bay throughout the day. They mix well, taste good and give me a little energy top up so i can hold out that bit longer before food. I normally use one late morning before lunch and one in the afternoon before dinner. Goes Well With:Water
