Better than expected
I bought these with low expectations as they were very affordable and didn’t think they would have noticeable results. I was wrong. My nails have grown quicker and stronger than ever. My hair is growing really fast, only problem, it’s hair everywhere on your body that obviously grows at that rate too. Still worth it.

Weight loss journey has been going well but noticed I was majorly lacking in energy started these tablets two weeks ago and honestly the difference is mind blowing My mum also suffers with severe arthritis so cannot sleep much and I've recommended these for her and they seem to be helping too. Great for energy boost and to feel healthier in yourself

It works!
I've been struggling with thin and brittle nails and hair since forever really. I was very sceptical at the beginning but quite a few people recommended it so i decided to try and and my oh my! After 3 months i could actually see a huge difference! My hair stopped following out so much and i was finally able to grow my nails naturally with any acrylic etc. Couldn't be happier - and just bought another 6 months supply :)

Growing new hair
I never write reviews for anything but for the last 4/5 months I’ve been taking biotin, collagen, retinol and hormone balance vitamins and the difference they have made has been amazing. I have started growing so many new hairs, to the point where I’ve basically grown a full fringe! I can’t say for certain which of the combination has helped my hair growth but I know I won’t be stopping any of them anytime soon. Worth the buy!

Love the tablet form as capsules give me heart burn so really happy my protein supply my preference to early to comment on hair growth but my skin and nails are looking pretty good 👍 Will definitely be buying again great value for money ⭐️

Amazing product as of 3 weeks
I don’t usually write reviews for products but this one I had too. This vitamin has helped my hair in wonders, as of 3 weeks of taking it. My hair used to be really flat and dry by over shampooing and stress. As of now, it has gotten shinier and more full. I also suffered with slow hair growth, but it seems like it’s helping speed it up abit. I stopped using shampoo and conditioner for a week and regularly changed my pillow case which also added to my hair health. As for my nails I don’t really notice a change but my nails have always been good. But I 100% recommend this product. Try it for a month and see the benefits.Goes Well With:No hair products for a week, deep clean hair with warm shower water daily. Limit shampoo usage 1 a day
