Best Shake I’ve had
5This Be Nu shake was recommended to me by my own Personal Trainer and when I saw it came in Banana Split flavour, I could not resist. It’s the best flavoured shake I’ve ever had. It’s so easy to make and 4 scoops as my breakfast fills me up until lunch time! I love that it’s high in protein, which is ideal for anyone struggling to increase their protein intake on a daily basis. I 100% recommend

Worth it
4I’ve had the cinnamon bun flavour and it tastes great. It’s also reasonably filling. Does what it’s meant to and staves some hunger with an easy tasty alternative. The only downside is that it’s a little grainy, so consistency could be better but it’s a minor downside. I will continue to useGoes Well With:Works well with water and keeps the calories down. A bit richer with milk. I’ve been mixing with white chocolate whey isolate to up you the protein a little and it works great.

Meal Replacement
5Been taking BeNu for quite a while now, using 100g to replace Breakfast and Lunch. Only feel i need to eat extra when i've been more active but for a slow day this sees me through too dinner.

Excellent product
5I find this great as a meal replacement or as a snack. The taste is surprisingly good, to say you only mix in water. It mixes well and does not make you feel bloated afterwards. It is definitely helping me keep up my calorie intake and I know what goodies are in them

Sickly sweet
2Bought this to try as a healthy snack shake between meals/training. I'm usually fine with most flavours and brands of a variety of shakes, but this was very sickly sweet and gristly. I purchased the cereal milk flavour and mixed with water (2 scoops to 200ml water - the snack option). Thankfully only purchased a 510g bag, as I don't think I would get through much more. It certainly does fill you up though, so it works from that perspective and has a good micronutrient profile. Will have a few more tries but probably wouldn't purchase again.

Amazing!
5I don't normally write reviews but this deserves one. The order did arrive damaged but this review is based on the product only. Immediately on opening i was surprised how fine the powder was for a complete nutrition shake. I've tried other brands which are nowhere near as fine as this. Safe to say that this mixes extremely well and I wasn't left with any gritty texture in my mouth. The taste is amazing. It has a sweet, creamy cinnamon taste. Sometimes these shakes can be disgusting because of too much artificial sweetener but this is perfect. It definitely ticks all the boxes, I mix 4 scoops with 350ml water, 50ml whole milk and two spoons of Nescafé Azera coffee powder. Staves the cravings until lunch. The banana split and cereal milk flavours are just as good but this is my favourite.Goes Well With:Milk or water. Try a teaspoon or two of decent instant coffee. Honestly tastes amazing.

Delicious
4Great flavour, thicker than other shakes so you feel like its more of a meal and not a drink. Reminded me of banana milkshakes as a kid-would buy again.
