Helped with alopecia!
5I've had alopecia and it got pretty bad, started taking these for about 3-4 months, I noticed my hair started growing back and came out slowly but surely, it was really pleasing knowing that a little shot drink in the morning was helping with something I hated having, now about a year later, my alopecia is nearly fully gone and I feel great. I'm taking zinc tablets which is helping a ton as well! The only downside for this is its pretty expensive for how much you get, but I will say it's worth it. I would 100% recommend to everyone whether you're suffering from alopecia or just want to having healthier hair, skin and nails, this is great! Goes Well With:Multivitamins

Brilliant, taste great
5I've tried both Lemon and the Coconut and Pineapple flavours, both are great (the lemon is sour but it's great if you like that!) I've noticed a difference in my skin. I have eczema so it's usually dry but since starting these I have noticed that my skin is more resilient and has a bit of a glow. I have gone through 2 boxes and have seen good results so have reordered a 3 month supply - hopefully things only get better with continued use!

5I love these little shots in the morning b4 my workouts.... no breakfast just one of these little bottles... they give my the energy up until lunch time before I eat... I have been taking them for almost 2yrs now & my skin & nails have also improved massively... can’t go without them now 👌

Disappointed
2Really disappointed with this product. Tastes absolutely revolting and I havent seen any results after finishing nearly 2 boxes, for the price I had real high Hopes.

Persevere
4It’s taken 3 boxes to finally see a difference to my hair. It’s usually very fine but it’s really thickening up. Skin very good too. The coconut and pineapple flavour is definitely better than the harsh lemon. Along with the other vitamins included I’m definitely a fan. Goes Well With: No need to mix.

3I have been reading a lot about collagen and the positive affects. The box has just arrived, so unable to comment on the effectiveness. Firstly, I'd like to comment on the cost - for 12 capsules I feel as though I won't be re-ordering, paying for the over the top packaging, rather than quality of product. The taste is VILE - lemon flavour. I will persist and see if there are any benefits over the next 12 days, before I look to reorder an alternate product.

5Really happy I bought this product can't give verdict on collagen yet but happily surprised to see all the vitamins and minerals in each shot as I'm out of my multivitamins so finding myself a saving here!!! Goes Well With:Quick shot didn't bother to mix it
