"I am relatively new to myprotein so i was excited when i saw their huge range of products. Barley grass powder was one of the first items i ordered i have to say i felt the difference. If you don't already have enough fibre or your diet does not have sufficient nutrients then you will probably find that trips to the loo are more frequent. THE TASTE IS FINE!!! Too many people saying it does'nt taste nice blah blah, just shut up and neck it. I dont know if this will help or not but i have been training muay thai for a while now and i find this does make me feel better which has a positive effect on training and in weights sessions too...... "If you can find a mini liquid-shaker then it mixes fine. I can imagine it wouldn't mix so well in a glass and clump as some of the other reviewers have experienced as it's a very fine powder, but shakes down perfectly. Taste is reminiscent of Horlicks, which of course has barley in it. I treat this Organic barley grass powder is the antithesis of the alcoholic shot! With its powerful detoxifying capacities it's not to be guzzled willy nilly! It's like a 'short' for healthy people! Shake it up in a smallish quantity of water and down it first thing when you get up in the morning."

i think it is great i mix it with my whole fiber at i gets down easy i use a fork to mix it with water first thing in the morning mix it in shomthing with some sweet taste ja just 200ml water and just slam it down

At the moment I can't comment on the effects, but I can comment on using it.- the powder is really fine, almost dust like, really messy- it doesn't mix well, stays lumpy, seems to mix best in hot water- tastes FOUL... like fishfood. For the taste and effort this stuff better have some positive effects on my health... =)"
