Barley Grass Powder

When I first opened the packet of Barley Grass Powder, it smelt exactly like the expensive grass I buy my rabbits - and I love the smell of that (although I've never tried to eat it). It takes some time to get used to drinking a "toxic green" looking drink (I just mix with water) but I have come to enjoy it. It has a weird taste, but is nice all the same. Detoxification is not something you can really measure with a check in the mirror or a tape measure so it is difficult to say if it works as it should, but I have been mixing it with some Whole Psyllium Husks, and I'm definitely feeling less weighted, and freed up inside.

Mixes great, gives a nice feel after as it's packed with goodness... but the taste! Seriously bad taste that does get easier to drink, might be worth mixing with juice!

I mix barley grass, wheat grass, spirulina and cholrella together with hemp protein, yes taste bad but u get used to it like everything else. mix with water only and u get a dark green healthy drink. fantastic for you and best amounts of vitamins and other goodies you'll ever get

since ive been taking this barley grass powder and undenatured whey protein ive definitely been feeling and looking a bit healthier. I mix this into apple juice and it gives it a wholesome earthy taste. very healthy. try it

"first time having this and it taste just like i thought it would, grass! with a hint of straw, i dont use it like it says to i but it in a shout glass ans soot it down with 50 ml water. if you have it with 155 to 200 you have to have 3 drinks of it if you cant down stuff. so just shot glass it, also i have been using it with ginger it take a good bit of the bad taste away, ginger beer if you have no ginger powder"

"Peeps! who cares about taste when you have such a nutritionally dense food as this. Consume it, knowing how much good it is doing for your body. Like people have said: you will notice the difference. For me personally, it's great for alkalising, especially being a woman of 52. Helps keeps the calcium in my bones instead of being dragged into my system to keep my body and the correct pH. I personally smoothie it up with the whey protein in the blender with any low fructose fruit and some raw beetroot (which incidentally) gives it a ""prettier"" colour if you're really worried about what it looks like! "Honestly, if people complain about this product you are clearly not taking it for the right reasons. I fancied a bit of goodness into my high protein diet, to fish out all the excess toxins and such. This has, in 3 days, made me feel so much better. I wake up better, I sleep better... An I am pretty sure it is because of 2 of these drinks a day. or it could be the new Bedtime Extreme but I doubt that. Anyway, Overall, it is a very good product and mixes well.
