It's astaxanthin not sure what else to say
Was to swallow and not unpleasant when the capsule is opened.. Hopefully it's helping health although I've not taken it that long.maybe my protein could consider smaller pill bottles especially in plastic .. Goes Well With:Anything to help swallow the capsule
