Not at all what I was expecting
1I bought this oats to prepare oatmeal but they are too hard for this and they don't mix and soak well enough with milk or water. I do not recommend them for oatmal at all.Goes Well With:Nothing so far.

Lunch time meal
4This is a great high quality oat which can be mixed with a variety of protein powders and supplements. I like to cover the oats in water and microwave for a minute before mixing in whey protein and creatine monohydrate. To complete the process I then microwave for a further minute, sugar free golden syrup topped with blueberries to finish 👌🏽 Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate, sugar free golden syrup

Rolled oats
5I purchased rolled oats for son amongst others products. He is very pleased with oats for breakfast. Goes Well With:Goes well with protein spreads, and my protein syrups.

Fantastic
5These are great oats for breakfast in the morning. Much larger than store oats but still mix well and taste good. Goes Well With:Sliced banana and a dollop of peanut butter

Great oats
5Found these oats really good and loved the size of the bag will last me for quite some time Goes Well With:Egg, banana, milk and protein powder to make oven baked oats
