MP - Rolled Oats

Surprised no one has reviewed this product yet!! I've always preferred rolled oats to instant because they aren't as refined/processed. It's very simple to make if you have little time in the mornings like myself - 2 scoops, 200/220ml water, 2 minutes in the microwave and there you have it!! Mix in a scoop of impact whey and some frozen berries and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast. However....if you stress and scrutinise over your macros, take into account that a level MP scoop = 30g oats not 25g as it says on the bag......so it will be a 60g serving which gives the following values: 221cals, 7.4g protein, 33.6g carbs, and 5g fat

Great product!

Rolled oats have become part of my everyday diet! Great for breakfast mostly! Also add them to post workout snacks. Tasty alone but add the Chocolate Whey Protein for extra flavour (also another great product from myprotein)! Great value also!

Rolled Oats

I have used supermarket rolled oats in the past but the texture is never the same as your brand. The great price and fast delivery makes it a no brainer.

I use my oats for breakfast with, hazelnuts, mixed seeds, raisins, yogurt and honey for a filling , healthy and satisfying start to the day.

The mainstay of a healthy breakfast mixed with nuts, berries the breakfast of champions, prefer the rolled oats much tastier.

Good product

Recently bought these as part of my first buy from my protein. Great value for money will definitely be buying them again. Have been having them every morning: half a scoop of oats, 10g chia seeds, 100g alpro coconut yoghurt, splash of almond milk, left in fridge over night and topped with blueberries and banana.

Great texture

They are a bit more expensive than supermarket oats but the texture is so nice that I buy them here anyway. They are the only rolled oats I have found so far that go soft and creamy like instant porridge without losing the chewyiness of whole oats. Very nice.

Rolled Oats

This has became my mid morning snack at work as I start early and fills me up until lunch. I add some raisins and honey and it tastes great. Can't argue with the price either.

Rolled Oats

In the winter I use 2 scoops of rolled oats with unsweetened Almond milk and a tablespoon of organic peanut butter to make my porridge. I add to the porridge nuts, seeds, honey and blueberries. It makes a healthy breakfast full of protein and very filling.
Goes Well With:
It goes well with natural yoghurt, fruit and nuts with honey in the warmer days too.
