Quality product
5Quality product, but be aware these oars are ground to a fine powder, can make mixing a bit harder than normal oats, but a quality product nonetheless. Haven't ordered from my protein for a while, but service was excellent Goes Well With:Protein powder

A new staple in my diet
5I'll never be without a bag of instant oats in the cupboard now, easy to use in overnight oats which suits me as an after workout meal. Chocolate tastes alright and the unflavoured means you can put whatever you want in with it. Goes Well With:Greek yogurt or banana and peanut butter.

Instant Oat
5Generally very happy with the Instant Oat, it helped me achieve my extra calorie/carb goal per day, I lost a bit of weight/size with my latest job due to eating the same amount as before the extra manual work and since using the Instant Oat i have re-gained my size and weight by 10lb in 2.5 weeks, waist measurement has stayed the same too as it should if the calories/carbs are not rubbish and your training intensity is goodGoes Well With:Water

Great to thicken and bulk calories in protein shake
5Great to thicken and bulk calories in protein shake. I add a scoop or 2 to my protein shake in the morning after training while in a bulking phase helps with taste and texture Goes Well With:Collagen protein shake or meal replacement shake
