Value for money & quality product

I don't typically write reviews, but this is the first product that has completely exceeded my expectations. The taste is genuinely phenomenal, it's something you look forward to whilst also providing you with the necessary carbohydrates and calories to maintain and exceed a healthy and bulking lifestyle. It mixes like it's already a liquid once it hits your desired liquid (water/milk). Within a 2 month use, I have already put on a lot of good muscle and helped me to gain that 'bulk' that I require. Thanks MyProtein!

Why change a winning formula?

As other comments have suggested, when the new pouch design was released the oats are now no where near as fine meaning that there is now a grainy texture when drinking.

WHY CHANGE IT??

As usual MyProtein Instant Oats are a great product for adding to shakes whether you want to get in some extra carbs or help turn your shakes into meals. Tastes great and is a really effective product.

Really Good Product

These oats are brilliant the taste is very neutral as others have stated, mixes very easily with no lumps left behind. High calorie content when you add protein and milk, ideal for people who struggle to put on weight like myself. Ideal to make your own weight gain shakes as you have full control over the carbs increase or decrease as needed 100g Oats 500ml of whole fat milk 30g Chocolate Nesquick powder Total Calories = 826 (Drink 2 times a day to gain weight (ie: hard gainers)

awesome

These are brilliant for breakfast. I have two scoops in milk, with a scoop of impact whey. Sorted until lunch - I'll generally have a midmorning shake but that's more to do with my meal plan; I'm certainly not hungry! It's not a light bite - circa 500kcal with two LEVEL scoops of oats, one level scoop of impact whey, and 200ml semi skimmed milk. I buy unflavoured - it tastes like oats haha - if you use flavoured protein you don't need to worry if mixing though. Mixes like a dream and as long as you give it a good shake it doesn't clump. It's a great product - yes you could buy oats and grind them down yourself so they become drinkable, but ain't nobody got time for that! Two kids, job etc - perfect for when you free time is short!

Used to be Amazing..now not so!!

They recently changed the texture of these. They used to be so Oaty and you really felt full and had a world of energy after having these with your shake. Now however they have ground them down so much it is like putting flour in your shake, absolutely disgusting and leave you with a bad stomach after. I feel sluggish and have no energy after consuming them. I will not be purchasing anymore which is a shame as have been buying these for a year :( PLEASE CHANGE THEM BACK!!

my first shake with oats

Great mix in like everyone has said just would like to say/ask is one scoop 100g like the prescribed use says nevertheless I used one scoop of oats accompanyed one scoop of spectrum 12 protien mixed very well top marks from me all the results no hype 

HARDGAINER SAVIOR

Starting lifting at around 16 years old I've long been hunting for the magic formula to gain weight and strength. Varying between 60kg and 65kg for 4 years I struggled massively to ever reach a caloric surplus, until I stumbled across these instant oats. My problem, like many hardgainers, was that I couldn't stomach breakfast which further hindered my ability to eat enough macros throughout the day to make any significant/notable progress. Now tracking my macros via My Fitness Pal I make a smoothie every morning with 115g instant oats, water, frozen berries, 1-2 bananas, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 large raw eggs and OJ. This amounts to anywhere between 850-100 calories. Doing this over the past 1.5 months I've gained 6kg (14ish pounds) of mass, and made massive strength gains in all major lifts. If you're struggling for mass gaining, I implore you to try this! Cheers MyProtein
