Love this one!!
5I mix it with my porridge or add it to my morning smoothies and pancakes to up my omega 3 intake. It's easy to mix, Have no overpowering smell or taste. Still need to check the effectiveness. Will update my review later after 1 month of use. Goes Well With:Smoothies and Porridge

Bad taste
3Good powder for increasing fibre in your diet but I can only add a very small amount to my shake as it tastes really bad. Wouldn’t buy again. Goes Well With:Don’t know!
