Quick carbs
5I always pop a scoop into my post workout shake for some quick release fast carbs before I get chance to have a meal . So easy and convenient . Bag lasts a long time Goes Well With:Any protein shake . . Or on its own if you prefer

5Good source of carbs around my workout. Keeps the pump on for my session and doesn’t bloat or affect my gut in any way. Usually stick in in with my preworkout and post workout shakes. As calories go up then add into intra workout shake also. Goes Well With:Pre workout or post workout shake

Easy & digestible
4Quick & easy way to get additional carbs in. Easy to mix (though can clump very slightly unless shaken vigorously) and tasteless when mixed with squash/eaa flavours.Goes Well With:Water Squash EAA/BCAA powders

4Very effective to drive you on during a session... not the best tasting though. I mix it with flavoured creatine and it's nice then Goes Well With:Flavoured creatine

from most ive used this is not bad 4/5
5the price is good it mixes good not perfect doesnt have a taste but is goes perfect with eaa s or bcaas ribena juice a bit and a vitamin tablet mix to max out in the gym i use round 1.5 kg jug so yes i feel more pump more fresh when i finish gym and you dont have to run home to put the protien shake ready so its perfect for naturals and enhanced users i use this over 10years so no matter what you use this is a must Goes Well With:bcaa eaa ribena juice mix 0 calorie drinks and vitamax tablets
