Creatine Gluconate is an excellent product and lasts for ages. The taste isn't great but mixes really well so it's easy to consume in one go. The results are good with this. I usually take prior to workout and again 1 hour after. Overall you cannot go wrong with this product. It's cheap and does the job!

Have tried a few Creatine products before, although not this one but I've found all of them so far have worked extremely well. This is definitely a supplement that you can get a lot out of although you have to make sure that you drink plenty of water. Also, don't get drunk when you're loading as this stuff upgrades your hang-overs by a bonus multiplier of apocalypse squared. Seriously, don't do it. That aside, this product is great for increasing your speed, strength and general endurance at the gym.

Great product

I ran out of the Creatine Gluconate product recently and I noticed I lost 4kg! I was really disappointed and couldn't understand it. Also my strength gains plateaued even though I have switched my program around. It must be because I am off this product, so I am ordering more today. No bloating has been noticed and I maintained my cuts when on this product. I use 5-6g pre work out maintainence phase and 10-12g on the loading phase (4-5 days).

"took a while to saturate but defo notice it now it has. Great volumisation for sure, good solid pump that lasts a while. no discomfort, just plenty of water on an empty stomach no side effects. Had no water retention at all even with large doses and with taurine. Definitely maintaining strength from when using a previous brand and has defo added length to my workouts before burn out, not just in sets but overall. can really smash the shoulders on a monday and since now im mixing it with a couple of scoops of BCAA my back and shoulders have exploded! many more sets, more weight and longer work outs. Deadlifts have gone through the roof. Massive ++ for this product. Any creatine is good, but one that works, is cheap, quick to absorb and with NO and i mean NO discomfort at all is a winner!!"

"Excellent price, absorbs well with much less bloating than monohydrate. still a little discomfort which i dont ever seem to get in pill form only powder form but nothing worth shouting about. Definitely work, helps keep you working hard for the whole session, and you can feel that there is still some reserve to push through those last real burning reps. I am missing some pump though, used to use CEE by another company, similar strength/stamina gains with this one but defo down on pump. just being honest but imnot complaining as the price i excellent. will defo recommend and will be buying again! "I have now been on this creatine for 2 weeks now, and already I have became noticeably bigger. My arms especially look more ""buff"" and I also see the difference when actually working out. This product gives me that extra bit of power to achieve those last working reps. When mixed with protein, the taste makes it slightly sweeter, but nothing that puts me off taking the shake. I bought this to supplement alongside hurricane evo as it works out cheaper to get the required 5g's of creatine each day. I have 1 hurricane shake and 2.5g's of the gluconate which equates to the 5g's. Since taking this product I've gotten stronger and noticeably bigger. My favourite creatine!
