This was recommended to me by my personal trainer. After suffering an injury to my shoulder a while back as well as my hypermobility, I suffer with spasms and what feels like air pockets pulling my shoulder apart. This helps relieve the pressure build up and almost feels like the air pockets pop. Awesome stuff to me as no longer do I just give up but can continue working out. (Even if I do look a little special rolling a spikey ball around my shoulder or pinning the ball to the wall and pushing.)

Absolutely brilliant, I've had a stubborn upper back muscular problem for 19 years that eventually stopped me training. I have paid hundreds of pounds over that time but my muscle remained tight and problematic. I first bought a foam roller which helps a lot but doesn't penetrate deep enough. After buying this inexpensive little ball and using it whenever the muscle starts getting tight so far I've been able to train again without incident. Try it yourself for any hard to get to muscles. Amazing relief for any tight spots.

I got it as its small enough to put in most bags so I can take it with me where ever I go. Its a great little ball for working out the knots in my shoulder and quads whilst sat at my desk or in the car / train.
