Double joints

This was recommended to me by my personal trainer. After suffering an injury to my shoulder a while back as well as my hypermobility, I suffer with spasms and what feels like air pockets pulling my shoulder apart. This helps relieve the pressure build up and almost feels like the air pockets pop. Awesome stuff to me as no longer do I just give up but can continue working out. (Even if I do look a little special rolling a spikey ball around my shoulder or pinning the ball to the wall and pushing.)
Goes Well With:
Shoulder and arm day.

Massage Ball

I bought this for a friend who suffers with a very tight and sore mid back area. He has been using this every day and actually uses it when he is driving, just pressing the sore part of his back up against the ball as he drives and he finds it really makes his long drives more comfortable. Great value purchase!

Excellent

Well worth every penny. Unless you lose it you’ll have it for life. Great at getting in and breaking up tight muscles. My glutes and legs are a nightmare. This does the trick. Feels great on tired feet too.

Recovery Bal

love this recovery ball, small enough to carry in your gym/handbag. Really helps with aching muscles.

Great for Recovery

I ordered this ball as I suffer with very tight calves due to running, and tight shoulders after lifting. It is great. I used it after my post-workout stretches and really helped to loosen up my muscles. Worked great the day after too to relieve any especially tight spots.

Recovery ball

Absolutely brilliant, I've had a stubborn upper back muscular problem for 19 years that eventually stopped me training. I have paid hundreds of pounds over that time but my muscle remained tight and problematic. I first bought a foam roller which helps a lot but doesn't penetrate deep enough. After buying this inexpensive little ball and using it whenever the muscle starts getting tight so far I've been able to train again without incident. Try it yourself for any hard to get to muscles. Amazing relief for any tight spots.

Great little tool

I got it as its small enough to put in most bags so I can take it with me where ever I go. Its a great little ball for working out the knots in my shoulder and quads whilst sat at my desk or in the car / train.

Spikey McSpikerson

Had long term muscle issues with my shoulder. Nothing has been able to get in and really loosen this muscle up. This little ball has managed to do the job and I’m holding it responsible for my recent PR.
