Avoid
These are terrible. They’re more like soft driving gloves. They offer absolutely no grip or padding. You’d be better off with mountain biking gloves tbh

Lifting gloves
I absolutely live these gloves, there really are perfect for lifting. I used to use some old leather gloves, but they were getting too worn. I’ve been using these lifting gloves for a while now, and there’s ZERO wear and tear. And if they gain a bit of a stench, all I need to do is throw them in the sink and splash some water on them. I really do recommend these gloves, as the material on the palm side is made of a grippy (what fees like suede) material. 10/10
