THE Pre-Workout. Our advanced pre-workout formulation designed to deliver a blend of caffeine, creatine, and nootropics to not only push you further, but ensure you’re dialled in from the first to the last rep.

A 200mg caffeine dosage sharpens concentration while sustaining endurance, so you can train harder for longer.¹ Alongside caffeine, THE Pre-Workout features Cognizin®, a patented form of citicoline.

There’s also 3g of creatine monohydrate to help power high-intensity bursts of exercise, to help you get the most out of every training session.²

Vitamin B12 is also in the mix to help you stay sharp, body and mind, contributing to fatigue reduction and normal psychological function.^3.4
