Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (70%) (contains Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Skimmed Milk Powder, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Dried Coconut Milk (4.5%), Natural Flavourings, Desiccated Coconut (1.5%), Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K).

Mix 34g (approx. 1 scoop) with 250ml of water, consume 30 minutes before and/or after exercise. To experience the full effects of the coconut pieces, we recommend avoiding the use of a blender or mixing grid and shaking regularly. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing the powder for the most accurate measure.  Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
