1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Mix 3.5g (approx. 1 scoop) with a minimum of 50ml of water or juice. Consume once daily. After 12 days of consecutive use we recommended taking 1 week off before repeating the cycle. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
