How to Use:
For sleep disturbances. Take 4 tablets 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 4 additional tablets earlier during the evening. Active Ingredients Per 1 Tablet Valerian Root 432mg
Per film coated tablet: 96mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana offcinalis L.) equivalent to 384–480mg of Valerian root. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v. Extract excipients: Maltodextrin, Colloidal anhydrous silica.
Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Prosolv SMCC50 (Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose), Talc, Silicon Dioxide.
Coating: Opadry TM White 07F28588 (Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) 3350, Saccharin, Sodium).

Can I drive after using this product?
Kalms Night may make you feel sleepy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or operate machines.
Can I drink alcohol if I am taking these tablets?
Alcohol may increase the sedative effect of Kalms night. Therefore, alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine.
Can I use this product if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Kalms Night is not for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. Always remember to speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I use this product if I’m taking other medication?
If you’re taking any other medication, including other herbal remedies and medications you obtained without a prescription, you should speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Kalms tablets. Do not take this product if you are already taking medications for stress or anxiety or if you are already taking medication to help you sleep.
