These terms and conditions apply to the “Whey to £5k” prize draw advertised on YouTube

live streamed on Myprotein’s YouTube account “https://www.youtube.com/user/MyproteinUK”

This “giveaway*” is a prize draw which offers entrants the opportunity to win various prizes (“Prize Draw”) full details below. 14 winners. No purchase necessary.

1. Conditions of entry – To participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:

1.1. You must be aged over 16; If you are not, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this promotion. By participating, you confirm that you have obtained such permission;

1.2. Only one entry per person per draw; bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted;

1.3. You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the Prize Draw;

1.4. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

2. How to enter - to enter this Prize Draw you will need to:

2.1. Find the Post on the Myproteinuk YouTube account; and

2.2 Watch the Post; and Comment on the Post with the correct phrases to the call to action to be in with a chance of winning. Correct answers are collated and randomly selected to allocate winners

3. Entry period – You can enter the Prize Draw at any time between 12:00 BST on 21 May 2021 and 14:00 BST on 21 May 2021 (“Closing Date”) (“Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.

4. Winner selection – The winners will be selected at random from those who correctly answer each question. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Prize Draw will be entered.

5. Prize - All winners will receive one prize, the prize will correspond to the prize represented on screen during the quiz.

5.1 There will be 14 winner(s) and 14 prizes available consisting of:

5.2 Should the winning entrant reside in a country where their prize is not available, they shall not qualify for receipt of the prize as this activity is specified to UK residents only.

6. Winner notification – The winner must contact myprotein via the agent via the prize email detailed in the description of the YouTube live event within 3 days of the competition’s expiry (no later than 24th may 2021). The winner will be asked to confirm their Social Media handle, full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the Prize and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Draw if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 3 days of the date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion.

7. Announcement of winner - The name and country of residence of the winner will be made available upon request for two months after the Closing Date. Please write to the address below for these details.

7. Disqualification - We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Prize Draw.

8. Changes to the promotion - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9. Information about you - By entering this Prize Draw you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw

9.1 Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw. You also agree that we may use your name, social media handle and other information which identifies you for promotional purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or username you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 11. Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.

12. Law - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
