- Have a UK debit card
- Have a good credit history and show responsible lending behaviour

Zip allows you to split the cost of your purchase across 4 interest free instalments. The first is paid at checkout, the rest are made over 6 weeks - interest free.
With Zip, you’re not locked into a contract, there’s no interest and as long as you pay your instalments on time, no fees. Should you miss an instalment, you’ll be charged a late fee of £6, capped at £18 per order. See here for more information.
The easiest way to manage your orders, repayments and refunds is in the Zip app, available to download for iOS or Android or in your customer account.
Your first instalment - 25% of the purchase price - is paid at the checkout. The remaining three instalments will be taken automatically from your debit card every two weeks. Zip always reminds customers via text and email before an instalment is due.
Once you’ve returned an item to the retailer, Zip refunds the amount you’ve paid to date and cancels any future payments. For partial refunds, scheduled instalments are reduced/cancelled first, and any paid instalments are refunded.
