Myprotein Rewards Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. General 
1.1. The Myprotein Rewards Programme (the “Programme”) is a customer loyalty programme operated by THG Nutrition Limited, trading as Myprotein (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). 
1.2. Participation in the Programme constitutes the participants (“Member”, “you”, “your”) full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you do not agree with these T&Cs, you should not participate in the Programme. 
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these T&Cs or the Programme at any time. Any changes will be published on the Myprotein website. 

1.4. These T&Cs are in addition to the [https://www.myprotein.com/c/customer-services/terms-and-conditions/] and [https://www.myprotein.com/c/customer-services/privacy-and-security/] found on the Myprotein website. In the event of any conflict between these Programme T&Cs and the General Website Terms and Conditions, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail specifically in relation to the administration of the Programme.

2. Eligibility and Enrolment 
2.1. The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. 
2.2. Enrolment is optional. You may join the Programme by opting in during the creation of a customer account at www.myprotein.com. You will be required to opt in to Loyalty. 
2.3. Membership is limited to one account per individual. The Company reserves the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.

3. Programme Tiers 
3.1. The Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. 
3.2. A Member’s tier status is determined by the number of qualifying points earned within the preceding 12-month rolling period. 
3.3. Upon creation of an account, all Members will be placed in the Bronze tier. 
3.4. Tier Upgrades: Members will be automatically upgraded to the next tier as soon as they earn the required number of points within a 12-month period. 
3.5. Tier Maintenance and Demotion: Tier status is continuously reviewed based on the Member’s 12-month rolling points total. If a member’s points total for the preceding 12 months falls below the threshold for their current tier, they will be moved to the corresponding lower tier.

4. Earning Points 
4.1. Members can earn points through qualifying purchases ("Purchase-based Points") and specific engagement activities ("Engagement-based Points"). Points are awarded based on the total transaction value (excluding delivery)  rounded down to the nearest pound. 

4.2. Purchase-based Points will be awarded at the following rates: 
4.2.1. Myprotein Purchases: Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on Myprotein products. 
4.2.2. Non-Myprotein Purchases: Earn 2 points for every £1 spent on non-Myprotein products available at www.myprotein.com
4.2.3. Subscription Purchases: Earn 2 points for every £1 spent on eligible subscription orders. Special conditions, as specified at the time of subscription, may apply. 

4.3. Engagement-based Points may be awarded for the following one-time actions: 
4.3.1. Marketing Opt-in: 5 points for opting in to marketing communications. 
4.3.2. App Download: 5 points for downloading the Myprotein mobile application for the first time. 
4.3.3. Profile Completion: 5 points for completing the user profile builder. 

4.4. Points will be credited to a Member's account after a qualifying order has been dispatched, and the returns period has expired. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not earn points on any items that you return. Points will appear as 'pending' in your account until the returns period has passed. 

4.5. The value of delivery charges and the purchase of gift cards do not qualify for points. 

4.6. The Company may, from time to time, offer bonus points for specific promotional activities, at its sole discretion. 

 

5. Redeeming Programme Benefits 
5.1. All points and benefits offered under the Programme do not constitute the property of the Member, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, points, or other products. All benefits are subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to substitute any benefit for a benefit of comparable value. 

5.2. Tier Welcome Gift: 
5.2.1. A one-time Welcome Gift with purchase is awarded upon a Member’s first-time entry into the Gold and Platinum tiers. 
5.2.2. The Welcome Gift must be claimed by the Member within 90 days of the tier upgrade date. 
5.2.3. To claim the gift, the Member must add the specific gift item to their basket. The gift will be provided free of charge on a qualifying order that meets a minimum spend threshold, as specified in the offer communication (e.g., £20). 
5.2.4. Where a gift requires a size selection (e.g., apparel), it is the Member’s responsibility to select the correct size. The Company is not responsible for incorrect size selection, and exchanges will not be permitted. 

5.3. Birthday Gift: 
5.3.1. Members of the Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers are eligible to receive one Birthday Gift with purchase per year. 
5.3.2. The gift is claimable within the Member’s birthday month and requires the Member to add the specific gift item to their basket on a qualifying order that meets a minimum spend threshold (e.g., £15). 

5.4. Gift With Purchase (GWP) and VIP Box: 
5.4.1. Members of the Gold and Platinum tiers are eligible to receive GWP and/or VIP Box benefits. 
5.4.2. These benefits will be automatically added to the Member's basket on qualifying orders that exceed a specified minimum spend threshold (e.g., £30). 
5.4.3. Such benefits may be limited in frequency (e.g., one VIP Box per year), at the Company's discretion. 

6. Points Expiry 
6.1. A Member’s points will expire 12 months after the date on which they were earned, on a rolling basis. For example, points earned on 1st March 2025 will expire on 28th February 2026. 
6.2. The Company will endeavour to notify Members via email at least 30 days before points are due to expire.

7. Returns and Refunds 
7.1. If a Member returns an order for a full or partial refund, the points earned on the refunded items will be deducted from the Member’s points balance. 
7.2. If an order qualified for a free gift (e.g., Welcome Gift or Birthday Gift): (a) The Member may return the gift in its original, unopened condition to receive a full refund for the returned items. (b) If the Member chooses to keep the gift, the Company will deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.

8. Data Protection 
8.1. The Company will collect and process a Member’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that your data will be processed to administer the Programme and provide you with relevant offers and communications in accordance with your marketing preferences.

9. Governing Law 
9.1. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs.

10. Limitation of Liability 
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to any Member in relation to the Programme, whether in contract or tort, shall be limited to the retail value of the benefit or reward related to the dispute. 
10.2. The Company is not responsible for any technical failures, system errors, or loss of points caused by third-party platforms or events beyond our reasonable control.
