Myprotein Reward Locker Competition Terms & Conditions with Waiver.

To celebrate Impact Week, Myprotein invites you to take part in the Myprotein

Reward Locker challenge, where you can win exclusive Myprotein rewards by

completing one of several physical challenges.

How to enter:

• Attend the Myprotein Reward Locker event at Battersea Power Station,

London, on 17th or 18th May 2025 between 10:00 and 17:00;

• Sign up to the Myprotein newsletter and complete the waiver onsite;

• Complete at least one of the following challenges to qualify for a reward:

Challenge 1: SkiErg 150m Sprint Challenge

Complete 150m on the SkiErg in 30 seconds to win a reward from the Myprotein

Reward Locker.

Up to 1000 rewards are available per day—first come, first served. When they’re

gone, they’re gone.

Challenge 2: Squat Challenge

Complete as many squats as possible in 30 seconds.

• Females who complete 10 squats at 40kg and males who complete 10 squats

at 60kg win a reward;

• The top performer on the leaderboard each day (most squats in 30 seconds)

wins a selection of products from the Impact Nutrition Range.

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on their waiver

form.

Challenge 3: The Sweetest Lift – Deadlift Challenge

Perform as many deadlifts as possible in a set period.

• Female weight: 80kg; Male weight: 120kg

• The highest scoring male and female on the leaderboard each day win the

Chupa Chups x Myprotein Clear Whey Range.

Two prizes awarded per day (one male, one female).

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on their waiver

form.

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK (excluding Northern

Ireland);

• Employees of the Promoter or Scratch (event agency), their family members

or agents, or anyone professionally connected to the event are not eligible to

enter.

Entry Limitations:

• One entry per person;

• No purchase necessary..

Prize:

• Daily rewards include products from the Myprotein Impact Range and Clear

Whey Range;

• A maximum of 1000 rewards per day available for challenge completions;

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for

cash or other alternatives;

• Prizes must be collected onsite at the event.

Prize Fulfilment:

• Prizes will be handed out on the day of the event to qualifying participants;

• Leaderboard winners will be contacted post-event via the email provided on

their waiver;

• No delivery or follow-up prize distribution is offered for daily rewards;

• All prize fulfilment is final at the time of collection.

Consent & Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name,

likeness, image, and event media for promotional purposes, including on

social media, without further consent or payment;

• Participants agree the Promoter may share their name with other entrants

upon request.

Health and Safety:

• By participating, entrants confirm they are physically fit and have no known

medical conditions that would make participation unsafe;

• Participants must follow all safety instructions and directions from event staff;

• Safety racks and supervision will be in place. Accessibility accommodations

are available.

Disputes and Complaints:

Any complaints will be handled through the Promoter’s brand complaints

procedure and the event’s risk assessment protocol..

Event Variation:

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this event due

to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby

acknowledged, I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

I agree to participate in activities at Battersea Power Station, London including but

not limited to the SkiErg 150m Sprint Challenge, Squat Reps Challenge, and The

Sweetest Lift Deadlift Challenge (the "Activity") organised by THG Nutrition Limited

(trading as Myprotein) and/or its agent and/or group companies ("Company").

I agree that I will participate in the Activity in accordance with the safety instructions

provided by the Company ("Safety Instructions"). Furthermore, I shall ensure my

own personal safety at all times and I will follow the instructions, guidelines and rules

of the Company in accordance with the Safety Instructions.

I understand and accept that the Activity will be physical and strenuous and requires

a level of fitness which means I should not undertake it unless I am physically fit.

confirm that I do not know of any medical condition that I suffer from which might

put me at risk of becoming involved in an incident which could result in injury to

myself or to others whilst taking part in the Activity.

By taking part in the Activity, I understand and accept that, to the maximum extent

permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or

injury (both to my person or my property) arising from or associated with my

partaking in the Activity. I hereby waive all and any claims against the Company in

this regard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, hold harmless,

indemnify and shall keep indemnified the Company from all claims for any injury,

loss or damage sustained by me arising from or associated with the Activity. I hereby

indemnify the Company against all claims made by any other person against the

Company in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with

my failure to comply with the Safety Instructions and/or directions of the Company.

I agree to be photographed and filmed by the Company in connection with my

participation in the Activity. The photographs and/or video content may be used by

the Company in any promotional video(s), social media posts and/or general

marketing literature produced by or on behalf of the Company from time to time.

The Company may, without limitation, use the photographs and filmed content on

the Company’s website and/or social media accounts.

I hereby irrevocably authorise the Company and its affiliates to copyright, publish

(including in magazine advertisements), reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast

(including online), televise, digitise, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use,

(a) my name, image, likeness, and voice, and (b) all photographs, recordings,

videotapes, audio-visual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by

myself (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now

or hereinafter created, including on the internet, and for any purpose, including, but

not limited to, advertising or promotion of the Company, without further consent

from or payment to me.

It is understood that all of the Materials, and all films, audiotapes, videotapes,

reproductions, media, plates, negatives, photocopies, and electronic and digital

copies of the Materials, are the sole property of the Company. I agree not to contest

the rights or authority granted to the Company hereunder. I hereby forever release

and discharge the Company, its employees, licensees, agents, successors, and

assigns from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands whatsoever

arising by reason of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright

infringement, or any other personal or property rights from or related to any use of

the Materials. I understand that the Company is under no obligation to use the

Materials.

This document contains the entire agreement between the Company and the

undersigned concerning the subject matter hereof.
