How to win

1. Go to the @myprotein Instagram page and view the “Red On Backyard Ultra” competition story;

2. Go to @myprotein Instagram page and view the “Red On Backyard Ultra” competition feed post to find the names of the individuals taking part in the Red On Backyard Ultra marathon (“Marathon”);

3. Reply to the story as a direct message to @myprotein with the name of the individual you think will win the Marathon;

4. The person who guesses the correct winner of the Marathon will win £500 cash.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Opening and closing dates

Entries open at 09:01 BST on 29 August 2025 and close at 08:59 BST on 30 August 2025 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.

One entry per person.

Entrants Instagram profiles shall be set to public.

Who can enter

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You are not permitted to enter the competition if you are an employee of the Promoter, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the competition.

Prize

There will be one winner. The prize for the winner will be £500 cash.

The winner should allow 7 days for delivery of the Prize.

The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable.

If for any reason a Prize is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.

How is the winner selected?

Entrants guesses will be recorded via their direct message sent to the @myprotein Instagram handle and if one entrant has guessed the winner of the Marathon correctly, that entrant will be confirmed as the winner on 3 September 2025 (“Confirmation Date”).

If a number of entrants have guessed the winner of the Marathon correctly, those entrants will be entered in to a draw which will be selected at random by a computer process from all eligible entries on 3 September 2025 (“Multiple Entries Date”).

The winner of this competition will be notified by direct message to their Instagram handle within 5 days of the Confirmation Date or Multiple Entries Date and will be given details of how to accept the Prize.

Failure by the winner to accept the Prize in the manner specified within 7 days of the Promoter’s notification will make any claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.

Other

The winner agrees that the Promoter may disclose their name to other entrants of the competition.

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
