Baked Ham and Egg Tortillas

5 eggs
5 wraps of your choice
100g of grated mozzarella
10 slices of ham
2 red chillies
A handful of chopped parsley

1. Here are your ingredients. First, preheat your oven to 180C.

2. Beat the eggs, add the parsley and season well. Chop the red chillies for later.

3. Fold the tortilla wraps side-by-side in an oven proof tray.

4. Stuff the tortillas with ham and cheese.

5. Sprinkle on the red chillies and some extra cheese (if you fancy it!).
