Open the pack at the tear notch. Remove and discard the oxygen absorber sachet from the pouch. Carefully add 350ml of boiling water to the pouch. Stir thoroughly and close the re-sealable zipper. Allow to stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir and add seasoning as required and serve from the pouch. Warning: pouch will be hot when boiling water is added.

I was quite sceptical of these but am now pleasantly surprised. Quite tasty, very easy and quick. Saves me cooking/preparing something. Stir/shake well to ensure all of it rehydrates. Definitely buying more and will try all flavours - this chicken casserole was great.
Besides the Chicken and Vegetable Pasta, this is the other flavour that I prefer. The difference between this flavour and the Chicken and Vegetable Pasta is that this one is non-spicy (does not contain chili bits like the previous). Here is my brief review of the other flavours: Teriyaki (too salty), Tikka (coconut milk taste overpowering). Nevertheless, these are a great way to have a hot meal when time is short to prepare one and yet keep the meal within a healthy macro-nutritional profile. Some other rater said it tasted mushy - the issue is not to stir it too much - stir it to get the hot water mixed with the contents evenly but just! It is not like you are stirring to mix your whey protein powder. TIP: After waiting the required minutes, pour the contents into a bowl and add more hot water to obtain the consistency that you desire.Goes Well With:A glass of sugar-free Cola!
Brought just to try and was surprised at how nice it was. It not only is very tasty but very filling. Will be buying more when I get paid!

Not the most tasty meal i have had , however it does fill you up and is better than eating rubbish from the bakers.
Good quality product, fat-protein ratio is good, extremely filling & great taste to boot. All my colleagues have bought some after trying mine, all i will say is that you need more than 250-300ml of water to make it work, especially if your like me and like your pot noodle swimming. Going away skiing this Xmas and wanted something handy and quick to bring to keep the cost down. Ordered one to try out taste and overall is very good just needs a bit of extra seasoning to be added which is simple enough. Overall good taste considering it is instant and the low price. Definite good buy.
The Protein Meals are quick, easy and filling.
This meal is excellent, it fills you up, and is quick and easy to prepare (simply, just add hot water for 10 min).
They key in any meal plan for me is preparation. I work away usually once a week and this is always the hardest day to organise my nutrition. If I don't prepare and end up having to eat in services I just get irritated and my nutrition suffers. I thought I would try a couple of these Protein Meals to see what they were like. I didn't have any measuring device so I had to guess the water content - it would be nice to see a line on the inside of the packaging or something. Overall though, I was pleasantly surprised. Of course it's not a replacement for a real, fresh meal, but if you are on the go or have little time and have access to hot water then these are ideal. I've ordered more since.
