This authentic Chicken Tikka is cooked using creamed coconut, natural yoghurt and single cream. Seasoned with turmeric, tamarind, paprika, cumin and garlic, this Chicken Tikka is bursting with flavour.

Cooking appliances vary. Cooking times based on a 850W microwave. These instructions are given as a guide only. Gently shake for 10 seconds. Tear a 2cm opening each side to vent. Heat for 1 1/2 minutes. Tear off top of pack & stir. Heat for one more minute then serve. HOB: Empty contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat. Stir occasionally.
Store in a cool dry place. No need for refrigeration. Do not freeze. If pack is damaged or leaking do not use. Once opened, use immediately. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Not suitable for vegetarians.

I got a pack of these for convenience and was a little sceptical. However they are very nice, and judging from the ingredients are as close to scratch cooked food as you're going to get. My only slight issue was one of the meal pouches had burst in the box which was a bit of a mess. Goes Well With:A fork
Really tasty and convenient. I like the taste and is better than most ready meals I've had. The meal is a thick stew like consistency and is great for a lunch or straight after a workout but for those with a bigger appetite, just add protein rice or pasta. Goes Well With:Protein rice or pasta
Not much to say, right price, very convenient and they taste superb.
Tastes real good, quick and easy but ain't a full meal. Great for a pre-workout meal, small lunch at work or as a last meal of the day to hit your macros but if they offered a larger version (500g?) with a little more rice it would be amazing. As at the moment with the 300g meal I'm finding myself wanting to add rice, or some bread to it to bulk it up
This was lovely! After a busy day at work and the gym being able to cook this up super fast and it still tasting amazing an fitted right into my macros will defiently be ordering more and maye try more flavours. Protein meals are really better than I thought... The Chicken tikka I enjoyed and will be getting more orders. Goes Well With:The Chicken tikka will go with boiled rice. Jacket potato. .Or veg. Or just on its own.

These meals are great and are quick to prepare. Instructions are on the side of the packet but not very large print so it is a bit difficult to read it easily. The balance of carbohydrate and protein is ideal for me.
