How do you become the “UK’s Fittest Man”? We sat down with functional fitness athlete, Zack George for insights into his tough training regime, nutrition, and mindset to find out.
Crowned the UK’s Fittest Man in 2020, Zack’s been finding ways to keep going through the pandemic despite competitions being cancelled and sustaining a hip injury that’s forced him to pull out of the 2021 competitions.
Despite all this, Zack’s focus and positivity are still untouchable which is an incredible feat in itself. Discover how he’s stayed motivated through all the highs and lows of his functional fitness career, why it’s okay to wallow sometimes, and how to be proactive around your injuries.
