As we approach the end of week 8 of the #RefuelYourAmbition challenge, we’re pretty impressed if you’ve been taking part throughout. But if not, don’t worry, there’s still plenty of time for you to get stuck in. We’re still dedicated to helping you Refuel Your Ambition this year, with new challenges each and every week that test your fitness, your chef skills, and even just challenge you to be more mindful.

This week Mike Thurston brings you a challenge that’s guaranteed to get your heart pumping, a Tabata circuit. 8 different exercises, with 20 seconds of intense work, and 10 seconds of rest in between. And no stopping until you’ve completed the entire circuit.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to do it from an equally epic location like Mike, just film yourself getting through the circuit, and you could be in with a chance of winning Mike’s £200 voucher for Myprotein.

Bradley’s challenge for you this week requires some serious core strength. 5 plank variations at one minute each, twice – totalling 10 minutes. Even Bradley knows this challenge is a toughie, so you don’t have to complete the challenge to be in with a chance of winning, just submit your best attempt!
