Week 4 of the #RefuelYourAmbition Challenge is halfway through and it’s time to give you the rundown of what you can get involved with this week.

If you’re not in the loop with the Challenge, let’s get you up to speed. Our ambassadors want to help you rebuild this year, and give you the motivation to do so. We want to see you smashing your goals week after week.

So, each week, our ambassadors will be setting you challenges on cooking, lifting, endurance, pretty much everything. And of course, you’ll be in with the chance of winning some pretty incredible prizes as well as that boost of motivation.

Curious about what happened in last week's challenges? Find out what happened in week 3 here.

Sinead Hegarty's 30 Minute Challenge

Struggling to get the motivation for some fresh air everyday? Fitness and mindfulness guru Sinead Hegarty's challenge could give you the kick you need to start a habit.

All you have to do is get outside for 30 minutes a day, every day. And the more outdoor selfies you take, the more you’ll be in with a chance of winning Sinead’s prize. So, what is it you’ll be winning in exchange for some daily fresh air? You could win a £200 voucher to spend on whatever you fancy from the Myprotein site.

For full details of Sinead’s challenge and how you can enter, see her post below.

Max Whitlock’s Handstand Bottle Flip Challenge

Olympic gymnast Max Whitlock has a bit of a trickier challenge for you...In true gymnast style, Max challenges you to complete a bottle flip, whilst doing a handstand. Yep, you read that right. Do a handstand, and whilst you’re there, complete one bottle flip.

If you have the guts to have a go at the challenge, you could win a £200 Myprotein voucher. So, get practicing.

Lubomba's Content Creation Challenge

Lubomba’s gotten creative with his challenge. Your challenge is to make your most creative piece of Instagram content utilising a Myprotein product during your workout. Either outdoorsindoors or anywhere else you can think of. Your content can be a picture, video, swipe up or a reel.

The more creative you get, the more likely you’ll get your hands on Lubomba’s £200 voucher.

For the full details of Lubomba’s competition and how to enter, see his post below.

Alex Lough’s Sweaty HIIT Challenge

To complete Alex Lough’s challenge, you’ll have to get pretty sweaty and prove it too. Alex is challenging you to complete her gruelling HIIT workout and post a selfie to prove it.

If you manage to complete the workout and show off your post HIIT face, you could win £50 worth of Clear Whey.

So, if having your protein order covered for you for a while, read Alex’s post below to get all the info of how to enter.
