We’re aware you have been brought up in a fitness fanatic family and that being on the track and field was a childhood favourite – but what has driven you to hit the gym and drive others down the same pathway?

You truly can’t beat the feeling of hitting the gym! It really is my meditation and it allows me to completely zone out and it’s the time when I feel most creative! I want others to experience the positives of what the gym can do for you!

It’s a great test to push limits and to burn through any frustrations of the day. Making one small positive change and setting yourself short term goals allow you to completely develop yourself as a person! I could talk for hours about this topic for sure! I just love it! Check out my YouTube channel for upcoming health, fitness and workouts vlogs!

Being a Myprotein ambassador is most definitely something to be proud of, along with your degree and numerous qualifications, but surely it doesn’t stop there? Have you any other proud moments/success stories?

My proud moment always involves supporting my clients on their journey towards health and fitness. The main reason we are here is to add value to other people’s lives and create a sense of purpose. Many of my achievements involve supporting others or learning and growing as a person attending seminars that develop mindset, body and soul.

“Don’t compare yourself to others, focus on YOU” – would you say this is your favourite motivational quote? Or have you any other winners tucked up your sleeve to help you through that last rep?

The great thing about the gym is that it allows you to push yourself through those final reps and develop a strong ass mindset which you can take with you into everyday life!

BE YOU in whatever you do without the judgement of others and if your heart and soul is in the right place you will be sure to succeed in whatever you do always.

“Train hard! Nourish your body! Eat Cake! Sprint! Dance! Lift heavy!” Cake you say – is this your go-to cheat food? Or are you more of an ice cream and cookie dough fan?

I just LOVE all foods and truly believe that life is about balance always! My go-to cheat meal would be a yummy burger with sweet potato fries! However, if I fancy a salad or a pizza then I will! I LOVE good foods that nourish your mind, body and soul!

Imagine being on a desert island, you have the sun, sand and sea at hand – but can only take ONE Myprotein product with you! What would it be and why?

Omega 3! So I can keep my mind on point as how to escape! Haha!

Summer is a great time to socialise. The beer garden’s open, the BBQ’s lit up and the shades are on. We understand training and nutrition can be strict, but how do you balance your social life and workout goals?

Most of my friends are also gym bunnies and love to train so my social life is the gym! I love to eat out and have good food with good company. You really also can’t beat a movie and chill night with a good film and some popcorn!

Imagine your name is Charlie and you’ve recently won a golden ticket to the ultimate holiday destination- where would you go, who with and why?

Phuket, Thailand and hit up some Mu Thai boxing followed by some fresh food and drink straight from the coconuts! The great thing about my job is that I can also catch up with my clients all over the world, with my online coaching!

Don't sweat it
