One person who knows how to fuel their body to a military level is Fran Casimir. An active-duty soldier in the US army Fran needs to fuel her body with exactly what it needs in order to be able to perform effectively (and fuel her gruelling workouts).

Last week Fran revealed what she eats in a usual day, and even included recipes for each meal so you can recreate them. They all looked pretty incredible, so we dove in and estimated the macros for each. And from our calculations, Fran loves breakfast.

Take home message
