Let's face it, a day on the internet is a long time, never mind  a week. It can be hard to keep up with the endless list of platforms, and you don't want to waste time trying to. Don't worry, we've got you.

Welcome to a compilation of some of the best virals to emerge from the world of sports, fitness, and nutrition over the past week — and some you just need to see!

Elite flex

The security announcements in Tokyo airport security should’ve read ‘please remove all belts, watches and medals’.

All the hard work and determination it takes to be an athlete – we wouldn’t want to take ours off either. Congrats Kelsey Mitchell.

*Books to go indoor skydiving*

We sincerely hope that this is as easy as it looks, or we have just wasted money on booking indoor skydiving tickets. Could we be looking at spiderman’s body double?

With all that adrenaline you'd think skydiving burns so many calories, but it actually burns about 5 for a 60 minute skydive1... not as good as we thought.

The World's Strongest... Baby?

This one-year-old successfully managed to pick up a 15lb medicine ball, his form could do with some work, but @tomstoltmanofficial you need to watch your World's Strongest Man title.

On a serious note, we don't recommend taking small children to the gym, or surrounding them with equipment that may hurt them.

We'll need some pre-workout...

*Adds learn how to do explosive push-up to to-do list*, but that’s not the stuff we want to be learning in a gym full of people... ouch.

Chris Tavita makes it look so easy.

Don't try this at home, or the gym, or anywhere.

You know that feeling after a proper set of deadlifts where your hands feel like they're on fire? Well on his last day before retirement, former fire captain Ed Kranski pushed that to a new level.A flaming 585lb lift, and all in full gear too.

Having been originally posted in 2017, it’s recently gone viral again. That’s certainly one way to go out with a puff of smoke.

Eat like a champ

Israel Adesanya has given the world a look behind the curtain of an elite diet... it may surprise you.

As Stylebender says, "I eat for taste and comfort. It feels even better when I make it myself, very rewarding."

We're here for that approach; eat to enjoy not just to fuel, and plan your workouts accordingly after to keep your goal on track.

Dry scooping tot

This trend won't quit! We just want to have our pre-workout with water.

The poor guy seemed keen, but we're glad to see this video stopped short of them actually taking it in.

Sorry to be the buzzkills, but don't dry scoop — always follow the directions for use of your supplements.

Patent pending...

10,000 steps will be in the rear view mirror, as you say hello to 20,000. These desks should be an option in all offices.

This could be problematic if you get too engrossed in your work, and you forget to move your feet... that's why you should always use the safety tag.

Weirdly satisfying

Sure, you can keg toss, but can you keg catch?

Bryan Shaw throws 55lb kegs over his shoulder like they are bags of feathers, and it's oddly even better to watch in reverse.

But as a huge fan of carbs, if it’s not pasta or pasta-adjacent, she’s not interested. If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s tucked up with a book for an early night, or you’ll find her in the gym working up a sweat. Afterall, all those carbs require quite the appetite.
