Not for vegetarians
I’m not a vegetarian, so I have no problem with the bovine collagen, & really enjoyed this selection box. Nothing was too sweet which was a massive plus as I struggle with protein bars because of their sickly, sweetener taste. And, no, just because the body produces collagen does not make eating bovine collagen ok if you’re a veggie, or worse, allergic to beef (see previous review). That said, MP need to sort their labelling out on all their products - this comes up time & time again in the reviews. It’s neither acceptable nor safe for foodstuffs.

Loved the potential for bovine collagen
I really loved the bars and the potential for bovine collagen it was excellent to know this and it’s written on them so shouldn’t catch anyone out. Not that it should matter as even if your vegetarian you can’t stop your body producing animal collagen so you can’t avoid it anyway

Great taste but so disappointed at bovine collagen content!
Star rating reduced because after eating I was upset (as a vegetarian) to read that some of these bars contain bovine collagen. I really do think this needs to be highlighted in the bit where you say “not suitable for…”. I accept it’s my responsibility to read I read or to but I never anticipated them not to be suitable.

Filled wafer
So I recently purchased this and was excited to try… I had only tried the wafer so far… and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten… it had a weird chemical taste to it, difficult to explain, but horrid.
