Pleasantly surprised
I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy & focus during workouts. Powder mixes well, tastes like really diluted squash, could have better flavour but overall satisfied with the product.

Really great electrolytes for a long session!
I did quite a lot of research on electrolytes before purchasing and these seemed like a great place to start! I am currently training for a half marathon and was struggling with leg cramps but drinking this during my runs instead of water/squash has made the world of difference
