It's a shaker

Good shaker, easy to put on the lid and secure as is the flip mouthpiece. Measure on the side easy to see but could do with the 50 ml increment marker as well.

Quality shaker with durable lid attachment

This is an upgrade for me as my previous shaker had a flimsy mouth piece covering where as this one is solid and has a hinge like base. Would recommend!

Brilliant especially for free

Now I’m pretty new to supplements and got the shaker free with first order. I’ve seen other reviews and was a bit dubious but free sure it’s worth a try and I think it’s great I’m a pretty big guy and when shaking I do tend to go quite vigorously and not the slightest drip
