Great selection
Very useful pack, contains every supplements which requires for a recovery. I am running a lot and travel a lot, works well as taking the packs with me. Wish the package material would be recyclable, otherwise perfect.

Great mix of supplements
Handy little packets easily dispensed and everything you need. Only reason I knocked a star off is the glucosamine tablet has a habit of sticking - no idea if its the shape or what, be better if it was a capsule as in the picture/description on the box. No problem with the others though.
