Tastes great and convenient
I got the Cereal Milk flavour as I was intrigued and that is exactly what it tastes like, the leftover milk after you eat frosted cereal. Very random choice of flavour, but I like it. I take it to work for my lunch and mix it in a shaker and it’s smooth, tastes great and makes me feel full enough to keep me going till the evening. A lot cheaper and more nutritionally balanced than buying lunch every day. I weigh mine using scales each evening and have one of those shakers with the storage section to keep the powder in. Beats buying fast food or a sandwich every day

Great meal replacement
I bought these samples in part to try it out. The entire sample is mixed in water, it tasted nice and I would buy it again. I used it as a pre-workout meal.

Amazing
Absolutely amazing product, mixes well even with water. The “Cereal Milk “ flavour is insane - it’s very tasty without being over sickly. Tried this after using Huel and this product is light years ahead. It mixes better, tastes better and appears to win from a nutritional point of view. It does take some mixing but once mixed it was smooth and no real grittiness you find with Huel.

Oooooh it’s thick
I had to check multiple times that I wasn’t messing up the water/mix ratio because OH BOY this is a thick shake. Which, if you’re not able to eat a solid meal, is satisfying. If you have problems swallowing, not so much. I sometimes suffer from one or both at the same time which is why I buy these nutrient shakes - both this and The Diet, which is much thinner and better suited to my own dysphagia. The cereal milk flavour is delicious and I’ll probably buy it again. Goes Well With: Just water!

I've tried the banana shake and I didn't love it, so i was apprehensive to try any other flavours, but HO MY DAYZ! I loved the cinnamon bun one. I wanted more. If i could have drunk the whole bag would've! It satisfied my taste buds as well as my hunger! Loved it!

Good for a treat
Third BeNu flavour I've tried and although definitely tasty, it's a strong cinnamon flavour which would likely be too much to have daily. Will likely pick up a small bag to have once or twice a week and stick with the plainer cereal milk flavour for every day use Goes Well With: Water

That went down well
